Refresco went Live with 4me!
This month, Refresco went Live with their Service Management application 4me. Request Management, Change Management and Configuration Management were the processes that were implemented in this first phase, including the integration with Azure AD for user provisioning and Single Sign On.
The implementation is part of a world wide roll-out of 4me to deliver central IT services from Germany to offices around the world, combined with the delivery of local services per country. Central IT and Italy went live and will be followed soon by Poland, Germany, Benelux, France and Spain for local services.
Refresco is the world’s largest independent bottler of beverages for retailers and A-brands in Europe and North America. Their production platform covers 59 manufacturing sites in Europe, US, Canada and Mexico, providing customers with close proximity and reliable service across geographies.
