Project Management

Most services delivered by InfraVision will be project based.  We have many years experience with a variety of projects from very small to very large.  In all our projects we combine the theories of Prince2 with Kotler for smooth organisational changes, well documented tool implementations and very transparent Proof of Concepts.  Our Project Managers are certified for Prince2.

Our goal in projects is to be as transparent as possible about the products we will deliver.  We are very involved with the goals you would like to achieve in completing this project and we would like to define a solid business case for the project together with our customers.  On the other hand we try to be as pragmatic as possible in our projects, as we realise that the results you aim for need to be achievable as soon as possible.
