Key release themes include:
• Visualization of Configuration Item relationships and associated services helps to easily understand changes against CIs.
• Change Management enhancements to better manage changes and the impact of changes.
• Simplified QuickViews and Dashboards improve user experience, performance, and productivity.
• The ability to consume other applications' Web Services as well as native integrations with BMC ProactiveNet, BMC Bladelogic Client Automation, Bomgar, and MS Exchange/Outlook.
• Workflow & templates automate repetitive manual processes while reducing the human error and improving productivity.
• Email conversation enhancements improve communication with end users and make the help desk's job easier.
• General product updates such as configurable word wrapping, auto closure of forms, automatic whiteboard ticker start, and custom close forms add to the personalization available in SDE.
